Direction of use
Place 2 to 3 drops under your tongue, hold it for 60-90 seconds and swallow. Adjust dose as needed, individual results may vary.

Right now the P&H project focuses on European countries. We will not ship to a country in the EU where our products are illegal.

We aim to ship all orders within 24 hours Monday to Friday.
